Hybrid Holographic Memory in a Production Personal Agent
Graph, vector, and holographic memory in one SQLite store, characterized in vivo over 17 days: 1,976 recall events across 235 sessions at 37.4 ms median, with zero API calls on the hot path.
Why the finding is trustworthy
- Longitudinal telemetry mined from the running system's own recall and trust ledgers between 1 and 17 July 2026, treated as found data rather than a staged benchmark.
- Latency measured as microbenchmarks over the full five-block recall pipeline on two shared vCPUs.
- A Hofstadter-inspired analogy slot retrieves what is structurally alike rather than surface-similar, alongside emergent chunking and usage-driven forgetting.
