I'm William White — a Forward Deployed Engineer based in Jacksonville, FL, and co-founder of BayWest Labs. I embed with customers, learn how their operation actually works, and build systems that fit it — then keep them running in production.

My focus is deploying multi-agent AI systems into real environments: integrating internal APIs and data, orchestrating services with Docker, running open or hosted models, and doing the distributed-systems debugging that keeps it all reliable. I care more about software that works in someone else's hands than software that demos well.

Before BayWest Labs I built OTTER (a construction operations platform now in daily use), Little Bear Foundry (a multi-agent autonomy platform), and payment and automation systems for real clients. CS degree from Florida State University.
